Effective August 9, 2026. ONYX AI Creative is operated by Lamont Monroe, an individual doing business as ONYX AI Creative in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This policy explains how ONYX collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through onyxai.us, inquiry forms, and direct business communications. It does not govern a client’s own handling of campaign data or third-party websites.
Information we collect and use. We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, email, website, campaign goal, messages, later project details, approvals, and files. Hosting, security, analytics, social-link, and embedded-media providers may collect device, browser, IP address, page-view, referral, cookie, and security-log information. We use information to respond to inquiries, qualify and perform projects, prepare proposals, invoice, deliver work, maintain records, secure and improve the site, prevent abuse, comply with law, and display portfolio work only with documented permission. Do not submit Social Security numbers, government IDs, full card numbers, health information, biometric data, or other sensitive information through the public form.
Sharing, retention, and choices.
